Rami Fadel

was born in 1983 in Katana, a suburb of Damascus, in Syria. He started acting in school theater, and in 2008 he completed his acting training at the Institute for the Performing Arts in Damascus. Since then he has played in numerous Syrian television series and plays. He fled Syria in late 2012. After working in several European countries, he now lives in Paris. He plays in various theater projects in France and Germany, including for “Your love is fire” by Mudar Al-Haji, “Empire” by Milo Rau and “Instincts” by Nicole Nagel. The latest radio play with Erik Altörfer “The Dead Have to Do” by Mudar Al-Haji and Wael Kadour has been nominated for the “Best Radio Play of the Year” award from the Academy of Performing Arts.
