Anja S. Gläser
Anja S. Gläser was born in Wiesbaden and is a freelance actress. In 2014 she finished her studies at the Academy of Performing Arts Baden-Württemberg and in 2013 she won the Günther-Rühle Prize with her drama school year.
She spent her first two professional years, 2014 – 2016, at the Osnabrück Theater and was already invited there for the Mühlheimer Theatertage. With another play she won the Nachtkritik-Theatertreffen, both in a female leading role and was guest ” at the Schaubühne Berlin and at the Schauspiel Frankfurt. Then she moved to the Wiesbaden State Theater for a year as a permanent member of the ensemble. Afterwards she continued to appear there as well as at the State Theater Darmstadt in the Sandmann and developed her acting cabaret solo EGO IST IN, with which she is still touring all over Germany.
In September 2019, she celebrated her Germany-wide release of Petting instead of Pershing in a supporting role. Anja S. Brille 2020 can be seen in Anne Frank’s diary at the Staatstheater Karlsruhe.
